Terrible pharmacy ! I have been going there for about 8 -9 months, I liked it at first , Until suddenly for no reason out of the blue, I was told they wouldn’t fill my prescriptions anymore. There is no reason that they would have to not fill for me. I have done nothing wrong. I guess they just pick and choose who they fill for. I think that is very bad business. I wouldn’t go here if you do I would have a Plan B because they won’t keep you long!!

Yeah shout out to Melissa if she still works there and Facade if you're still owns the place but yeah they're very helpful and yes they have a clinic too oh yeah in the delivery lady she know who I'm talking about the one in the pickup thank you for bringing my medicine

Everyone makes mistakes. That is just being human, but when a business will not take responsibility for their mistakes that is red flag. I have been going to this pharmacy for a year now because I wanted to support smaller pharmacy. The front staff has always been wonderful. Pleasant and even remembering my name. The trouble happened when I picked up what I thought was routine refill of my blood pressure medication. When I got home noticed it was not my usual medication and in fact if I had taken it would have caused significant heart rhythm issues. (I knew this from 22 years of practicing medicine). I noticed my doctor office and they said the request came from the pharmacy. The doctor office confirmed that they had made mistake of not checking to see if I had taken it before and they apologized. But the original request came from the pharmacy. I went back to pharmacy to let them know of their error. That they initiated a request for medication that I had not been on before and could have caused significant side effects. The pharmacist after looking at the record said "Not our fault. Doctors office fault for agreeing to refill." But you requested it in the first place! "Not our fault. Doctor office fault". I wanted to say "Don't you want to know WHY this happened? Don't you want to know who didn't get their medication refill because you requested for the wrong person?" This is how medical mistakes happen and I don't want to be the result of their inability to learn from their mistakes. I have changed pharmacies.

Precious cozy neighborhood setting and care at Citizen Pharmacy. All questions answered and what a relief and nice contrast to the corporate impersonal conglomerate assembly line ChainStore pharmacies.

I have been going here for over a year and never had an issue, recently I was called by the pharmacist who asked me if he could transfer my prescription to another Citizen pharmacy because he took on new patients and wouldn't be able to fill my prescription at this location. I had just quit taking the hydrocodone so didn't think much of it. Today I went to pick up my other prescription and they tried charging me for 3 months worth. 45 dollars. I questioned it and said the cost is fifteen dollars dollars. The pharmacist took the bottle and now it is 25 dollars. I questioned this and he said system does the pricing. Well how did it go from 45 to 25? I will never go back here. Guess I will count the pills to see if that is correct.
