Trying to get a hold of the pharmacy with their answering service is impossible. No one returns your call if you are able to leave a message. You have no way of telling whether the medication is in stock, or whether they received the prescription from your doctor, if you have any refills left, or anything.

It took me 8, yes 8 visits to get my prescription refill. It wasn’t ready at the promised time, I was asked to come back over and over. Then when they did go to fill it, it was expired. I had to wait 2 more days. Again, it wasn’t ready at the promised time and I had to come back 2 more times. The second time I had to come inside because they didn’t bill me correctly. The price kept changing. The pharmacy tech couldn’t figure out how to charge me with insurance and a manufacturer’s discount card. I waste so much time each month just trying to get my prescription. On another note, my prescription was supposed to be refrigerated. I was never told and they didn’t seem to know when I asked at the counter. I have been on this prescription long term and only found out by accident when I looked it up for pricing. I haven’t been refrigerating it this entire time.

Pharmacy and staff are quite literally the least helpful, and rudest staff I’ve ever encountered. Can’t answer basic questions in person or over the phone. Pay more to go anywhere other than this location for pharmacy needs. Unqualified staff and pharmacy has no business staying open.

This seems to be a dis functional pharmacy. The drive thru is run by a group of uninspired sloths. And they can't even figure out when they receive a prescription days ago and don't bother to contact the doctors office. I miss my previous CVS.

After 5 years we are going to a different pharmacy. It used to be much better but it appears the pharmacist and all techs have changed within the last year or so. I’ve personally seen the staff be kind and professional with people of color but white people are treated with rudeness and a complete lack of customer service. You don’t treat someone poorly because you failed to do your job. You don’t treat people in the same line differently because of the color of their skin. This pharmacy will be reported to corporate for discrimination, unprofessionalism, failure to fill prescriptions, and giving customers the wrong prescription.
