Perfect service every time greeted with a friendly smile and I think you have a great day upon leaving. I always feel appreciated. I hope they don’t change anything that they’re doing service is always great.

This Dunn Ave pharmacy is doing great for the Northside community. When Walgreens closed one of the area stores, CVS helped by increasing their pharmacy hours to help us get our meds more quickly than waiting for the remaining Walgreens to respond to their store closures. Yay to CVS!

Very busy but somewhat very accommodating considering I had been out of my anti-rejection medication for over 25 hours and the price was good as well

This is a copy of the email that I sent to CVS corporate about this CVS location on Dunn ave. I understand that being a pharmacist is difficult you have people coming up demanding their meds left and right. Most of the time with no understanding of exactly what it is that you do and why it takes as long as it does. However if a trained and licensed physician calls in a pain medicine prescription your first thought should not be this doesn't need to be filled until tomorrow. 24 hours to fill pain meds. Are you serious. Now I don't know who told you or your pharmacists that it was up to them to decide when customers needed their medication, especially pain medication, But it's time that you retrained your staff in the way that they think. I called at 6:00pm because my mother's medication wasn't ready and I wanted to know when it would be I was told that they weren't planning to fill it for another 24 hours. I then informed the pharmacist that the pain medicine that my mother was prescribed did not need to be filled when they thought it should be but it needed to be filled as soon as possible. When I called back 2 hours later I was told it's not going to be ready until 10:00 and that was the best they could do because everybody else was also waiting on their meds. Was everybody else in pain? Waiting for medication by their doctor for acute immediate pain? Probably. And in dealing with your pharmacists they will probably still be in pain until your pharmacy and your pharmacist determine that they shouldn't be. You need to do better. Your pharmacists need to do better. I have posted this on Google maps and will not be taking it down and if I do not receive an adequate response in the time that you have stated which is 48 hours I will be filing a complaint with the Florida Board of Pharmacy
