It's a joy when I walk into Panama Pharmacy on main street in Jacksonville, Fla. The entire staff are friendly and kind, Smiles and greeting comes from all of them. On some of my painful day their smiles brighten my day.If you need to ask a question they do their best to answer you or direct you to your Dr about medication. I was sick one time when I came they could see I wasn't feeling well,and showed concern for my health.They contact you when they're getting ready for your medication refills. They notify you if your refills is out and they call the Dr. I've never been treat like that at my other pharmacy. They have a awesome delivery person. I'm thankful to have a Pharmacy like Panama that truly cares.

Yes my name is Patricia wrighten and Ms Cara at Panama pharmacy with an above beyond duty to take care of me she gets a hundred Stars and my biggest respect I love Panama pharmacy and all the workers work really hard and they always take care of me I never have no problems with them God bless them all and I give them a thousand stars not five stars or six stars 1,000 stories thank you Panama pharmacy all the workers and thank you Miss Cara for going above and beyond duty for me I really appreciate all of you God bless you thank you bye-bye for now 🥰😍🤩😇

I've been with panama for over 5 years. My Doctor tried switching my medicine to "Try" key word "Try" something different until we figure something out. I was having adverse reactions to the medication. That they switched me to. So they switched it back. I called panama, and they said because I tried a certain medication they could no longer help me anymore. What????...... I'm not kidding.. now I have no medication, I've been in the hospital everyday since they cut ties with me. Look I get it. However I don't. The correct thing would be to make sure the patient that has been with you longer than high-school, that there taking care of until they have found a new pharmacy and were established where they could get everything in stock for them. Because it does take time for a pharmacy to get all your medication in stock. I have been in and out of the hospital ever since they cut ties with me. For no reason. People could die because of decision making like this. I can't get any help unless I spend 10,000.00 at the EMERGENCY ROOM. so let me ask you something. Does this sound like a place you want to be with. They will drop you like a bad habit.. I'm begging this place to get in touch with me. Do the right thing.

bad customer service. they dont wanna do crap, and god forbid you need your medication an hour before close. you need to change your weekend hours since y’all wanna leave before 2 so bad
