Publix Pharmacy at Arlington River

I love my Publix…. This pharmacy needs to have better communication with patients. They should call if unable to fill prescription or insurance not covering cost. We need to know for we can contact doctors if needed or make arrangements to pay.

Still traumatized by the COVID 19 vaccine but loved the 👩🏻‍⚕️who did it she made me feel so comfortable even though it hurt some 😁💀🙃😅back then Even though I am still traumatized tortured because I still got it back then anyway suffered but was helped well cared for 💀

Every single time I call to have my prescriptions filled I give them at least 2 days advance. I repeat the prescriptions I want filled more than once and also let them know more than once I need to pick them up on a particular day. They always assure me they will be ready for pickup yet they never are. I have been ill and so my friend goes to pick them up for me and has to wait hours to get them. I am very disappointed and upset also for my friend who is only trying to be of help to me

Horrible pharmacy experience. Worst ever. I’m updating my review because today I have experienced a life altering experience with this pharmacy. My Dr called in an increase in my blood pressure meds. I contacted the pharmacy and they told me that my insurance company rejected it until 6/1. I contacted the insurance company and they contacted the pharmacy. I contacted the pharmacy and they said that my prescription was approved and that it would be ready for pick up at 3pm on Thursday. I get a call from the pharmacy at 7:54 pm Wednesday stating that their system rejected the approval and that I needed to contact the insurance company again or wait. Until 6/1 to receive my prescription. This also happened with another medication which when picked up and the vacuumed seal package was broken by someone in the pharmacy and I asked for a replacement prescription. I contacted Publix corporate office and they blamed it on the insurance company. Publix is playing Russian roulette with my life

Trying to transfer my prescriptions from Publix to ExpressScripts, and the pharmacists from both places refuse to call each other. I'm driving up to Publix now to try to get them to call. Soooooo frustrating to have them pass the buck.
