Ethan the pharmacy manager is rude and uncaring. I have used this pharmacy for 10 yrs with no issues. Then this guy decides that he doesn't need my doctor to make decisions on my care. He refused to fulfill my rx as written. So in order to have my meds for my chronic pain condition I agreed to a cut in my breakthrough meds. He cut them in half with no warning. No calls to me or my doctor to start the step down process, just unilaterally decided what was right for me without any input from my physician. FIRST, he claimed I needed to go to a pain management doctor to continue receiving my meds as written, but I'm self pay and cannot afford to go to the doctor every 30 days. He claimed I needed an MRI, and a different diagnosis than psoriatic arthritis and spinal stenosis that I was diagnosed with 20 years ago. So I agreed to the cut in order not to be stuck with nothing and sick from withdrawal. That still wasn't enough, he wanted to cut me again a month later. I was told "Other people are dying, sick and in more pain than you and that's why I need your medication, for other people". I said I would try to find another pharmacy, but have had no luck. I never said I already had another pharmacy, only that I was going to try and find one since he obviously didn't want me as a patient. He agreed to fill, but for the reduced amount, which should've been a 3 week supply. He took it upon himself to fill it as a 30 day supply and change my dosage. I have gone to corporate about him, yet nothing changes. I was told it's not personal, but it sure feels that way when he says I'm not sick enough to deserve my meds as written. No other pharmacies are taking pain med patients, and now he won't fill them at all. I've been on pain management for 20 years and an abrupt stop of my medication is torture. Do not go here if you expect any real care. Personally I think he has people going to pain doctors and getting kickbacks because I never had an issue until he came on board. I hope that corporate is taking steps to investigate him since he thinks he is a doctor and treats people's medication as a game instead of required care for a chronically ill patient.

Thank you Manny, for all the help this evening . He went above and beyond answered all my questions and made me feel like this pharmacy is good again as Ive had bad experiences in the past never with him. Manny thank you so much your kindness and concern really helped me. Manny is thee best! I highly advise anyone dealing with this pharmacy to ask for him and you will get the best customer service.

They don’t receive orders and my doctor’s office knows you have to resend it several times. People who answer the phone are short and unhelpful. Going to switch to the CVS pharmacy across the street.

Kind, Compassionate, caring, hard working, patient people you have in the Pharmacy. I just switch to you guys. I did not have kind or proper experiences with other pharmacy companies. I been here since 2023 in Florida. You guys are the first treating me well and you guys are very organized even when you are super busy you still treat people with kindness. Having a good pharmacy is an important foundation to your physical and mental health.
