Maybe it was the day and time that I went, but, I haven't been here in about 9 years and back then you'd have to stand in line for at least an hour EVERY time. This time I was in and out in less than 15 minutes!! It was clean, I was able to sit down and wait without worrying about losing my place in line, or mysterious substances on the chairs available to sit on. Overall, it was one of the more pleasant experiences I've had at ANY pharmacy in 20 years.

One very long line that filtered into three separate windows. After waiting all that time I finally get to the window to be told that my daughter's diabetic supplies including her insulin had not been sent to the pharmacy from the day before. My doctor appointment was actually the day before so that would probably fall more on the doctor's office that was the endocrinologist or it could have been the pharmacist. So now we actually have to wait another day for my daughter's insulin which is possibly a life-saving medication. There's a chance if my daughter didn't get her insulin that she could die. I sure didn't seem very concerned at the pharmacy. It was like oh well you need to contact your doctor again no offer for one day supply or anything so I wasn't very happy with my trip to this pharmacy

Better than nothing but very inconvenient. Their automated medication system needs a huge overhaul. After receiving several messages that it was ready I arrived only to be told that nothing is available. If this wasn't all the time it wouldn't be so bad. But I just don't understand why they use this unreasonable system.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE TODAY picking up my Rx refill. Young female at the ambulatory pharmacy window, Skyler?, was clearly devoid of any customer service. Flat affect, and clear disinterest in dealing with customers today. Husband never had an issue with picking up my med for me but today I get the wrong person. I prepaid she it didn't show that I did so I paid again. She said my ID info wasn’t in the EMR so she had to re-enter my drivers license info in again? The medication requires cold packing, and has always previously been done but not today. I asked for the cold packing and she responded “I’ll have to find someone to do that” while clearly annoyed. She then STILL placed my medication into a brown paper bag to give to me. I again, stated it needed to be cold packed at which time I asked for a manager. UF Health has had an unfavorable reputation with regard to patient experiences and it appears work still needs to be done to improve in this area. I waited and a woman “Julie “ approached the window to speak to me. I asked if she was the manager but she stated she was the pharmacist for the day. Either the manager didn’t care to speak to me or they didn’t let him or her know there was a customer requesting them. I was not surprised and went on to relay my experience to Julie who listened but I must mention gave me the clear impression my complaint probably would go anywhere. I left but had to regrettably go back inside to get a receipt for my FSA records. The gentleman who provided my receipt was the same one who iced and gave me my medication earlier. I wish I had gotten his name because he was the only employee displaying any sense of an interaction in line with positive patient experiences. I have ALL my other prescriptions filled at a retail pharmacy but the one I picked up today regretably HAS to be filled at UF Health’s pharmacy due to their employee medical insurance plan. So sad patients have to deal with an employee who would be best replaced by a robot.

Anytime I have a problem and I speak with a pharmacist.. I think her name is Shantel Brown she was really awesome she explained things to me and didn't act like she was in a hurry. And not only her other pharmacists as well I just can't remember their name
