This pharmacy is always late on my medications. Consistent prescriptions that I am supposed to get monthly but they are taking an entire extra month to order it. My doctor’s intention is not for me to start and stop my medications every other month. Not only is it frustrating but it is also a major health and safety concern. They will be weeks late filling prescriptions that end up causing serious physical reactions. It’s also costly. I see my doctor monthly to renew my prescriptions but this pharmacy will take so long that I will sometimes return to my doctor without ever receiving my medication sent in the month before. I have attempted to talk with the pharmacy staff to try and figure out how to not have this happen every single month but I am just given attitude and treated as though I am a drug seeker. No. I am a professional who has a doctor looking over my health, how about we listen to the MD? And maybe consider the effects of a badly run pharmacy. This is peoples lives and physical health. Take it seriously.

I came here the day after my doctor's appointment and they tell me to wait they are getting it ready. Then 45 minutes later they tell me I have to come back in the morning for it. So I come back the next morning and the lady says I don't have anything for you then she keeps looking and says you don't have insurance I say yes ive been using this pharmacy for 4 months with the same information. Then she say we will have to work on it you can come back this afternoon. Then I say I work and live across town I will have to wait on it so then she says I'll have to wait like 45 minutes then she proceeds to doing nothing while im waiting

This Walgreens is by far the worst in America! I’ve been to this one like more than 10 times and not once have I had a good visit.. Workers suck and do not care about the customers.. Can’t say I won’t be back being it’s the closest store to home but I’m definitely going somewhere else 1st .. Last option type in less I absolutely have too

Don't bother calling they'll hang up and you got to repeat the process all over again. The bot is helpless I feel like they only have it just to say it helps when in reality it don't.

I hate that I have to go to this company for prescriptions. They are the rudest pharmacist and pharmacy technicians. Like I feel like if you hate your job that bad then do something else. I work in the customer service industry and I would never treat people this way. I dread having to call they will put you on hold an just keep putting you on hold. I have drove up there while on hold a there was no one is line or inside they have hung up on me multiple times.they have made me wait a month to get my medication, I’m not one to leave reviews but this place is bs
