There was a lady behind the counter. I needed dog food. She told me where it was, and when I came to check out. Nobody was at the checkout. There was 3 other people behind me. Waiting in line when she showed up did not have a lot to choose from. And not so clean.

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Majority of the staff are rude. They have no sense of urgency. You will have to wait at least an hour for anything here. Don’t bother trying to call. I’ve worked in pharmacy for 7 years and this is the worst pharmacy I have ever seen.

This is absolutely the worst pharmacy I’ve ever had to deal with. After a very long ordeal yesterday and last night (too long to write about), I was promised my script today. My husband went in to pick it up today and was told it was filled by another pharmacy and that one had to be cancelled first. That’s laughable because that was settled yesterday and last night. They said they would contact the other pharmacy to cancel and it would be ready in three hours. Ten minutes after my husband left the store, I get an automated call saying that my script couldn’t be filled because it was too early to get a refill????? This was never a refill, so now the meds that I need so badly cannot be filled, mind you, this is the same situation I went thru yesterday and last night. Now I have to go thru another night without the meds I need. This is by far the worst store I have ever tried to do business with, and I will never darken their store with my business again. These are the most unprofessional group of people I’ve ever had to deal with and I’m not sure anybody there is licensed to work in a pharmacy. They sure don’t know anything about customer service. Somebody needs to take responsibility and clean up this store.

Called pharmacy to ensure my discount card number was on file, in the middle of speaking I was placed on hold. Rude and unprofessional. When I called back the person continued hanging up the line. She definitely needs to be fired. If you don’t want to help people, why get the job!
