I usually never have a problem with this particular pharmacy. However, they have recently started using a call center to answer calls and THEY DON’T SPEAK CLEAR ENGLISH! It took THREE TIMES the girl repeating what she said and I still didn’t understand and she just transferred me anyways. Find people who speak CLEAR English!!!!! Aside from that, Walgreens has really started to go downhill in the last few years. I will be taking my business elsewhere, as Walmart, Publix, nor Costco has this issue.

I have been trying to find a product at Walgreen's that I have been buying regularly for at least a year. Whenever I go into a Walgreen's, I usually check to see if it is on BOGO, thinking I'll have some on hand when I need it. In the last 2 or 3 weeks I have been to 5 different stores in various parts of the city and none of them even had it in stock. Today I went on line to see if there were any stores that had it. I ordered it from one of the stores that the site had it in stock, expecting to pick it up in 30 minutes. I got an e-mail saying the order had been delayed. I thought that odd and called the number on the e-mail, but no help there. Since I was already at the store and it had been over an hour, I went into the store to see what the problem was. They didn't have any. This is a product I really like, but I assume they aren't carrying it anymore. The same thing happened a while back with another product. I have gotten increasingly frustrated with Walgreens for this reason and because the pharmacy service was so bad, I switched back to another company's pharmacy.

I called to check if prescription was in shock, tech said yes, I come in and they didn’t have prescription filled. It’s always an issue with I try to get prescription at Walgreens. I was better off going to a Walmart or Publix pharmacy.

The pharmacist was really pleasant towards me. He told me how long is was going to wait and was done a bit sooner. Our interactions were brief, but for a pharmacy that deals with drive-thru as well as those standing on front of you, they are wonderful. Absolutely no complaints.

I've been getting the same 6 medications for over a year without issue. This month they tell me that one of my medications...one of the most important ones... They don't have they can't get and there's no estimate on when it will be available. I am pulling all of my prescriptions from Walgreens. This company appears to be failing and failing fast. Fighting bankruptcy closing stores and unable to get medications. I highly recommend anybody that uses Walgreens to go somewhere else even Walmart is a more acceptable pharmacy at this point.
