We LOVE having Palma Ceia as our local pharmacy. It's a night and day difference from the big name stores. The staff here is knowledgeable, kind, competent, helpful, and AVAILABLE. They know us by name. Phone calls are always answered and I don't think we've ever had to wait in line. So thankful to have found them.

Palma Ceia Pharmacy embodies what it means to be an independent, local pharmacy that actually CARES about its patients. Moving from CVS was an excellent decision and I will never go back.

Brad and the rest of the staff are incredibly helpful and they go above and beyond. I switched from a corporate pharmacy and I was pleasantly surprised to find out that this team answers the phone without the use of a robot system. Someone is always available to help. They called me to discuss issues getting my prescriptions from my provider and I know that would have never happened with my previous pharmacy. They care and I am so happy to have made the transition.

Have you ever had issues or delays in receiving a prescription at a big box pharmacy due to lack of help from the pharmacist contacting the doctor or insurer? Then try this pharmacy. They have helped me thru the maize multiple times to ensure that I received scripts timely, even working with suppliers when our area has a shortage. Amazing personal service from a truly local community pharmacy
