I have used Capsule pharmacy extensively and can say hands down I have received wonderful services always! I send a message and the team answers me immediately. My medication comes hand delivered and every carrier has been very courteous and friendly. Again, from my experiences I do highly recommend them. Their main offices are located in NYC. Thank you again Capsule Team for always looking out!

In today's age where you can't get good service this place ROCKS! Amazing service and even better communication!! My first delivery was delayed. I was so frustrated and replied to the text expecting a no reply. Surprisingly I got a text back and found out the poor delivery driver had car trouble. Then the online reschedule was split across days so I texted again. And again I got a live person and a helpful response and great service. Capsule just goes above and beyond. And i really really appreciate the prompt communication. Outstanding service!

Please stop lying to your customers. My order was not completed because no one was home to accept the delivery. I was home. The driver got frustrated with rush-hour traffic and decided to just cancel the order. I was tracking the order the whole time and the driver was 8 minutes away when the delivery got cancelled. Please keep in mind that you are dealing with people's medications. Do better and stop lying!

Since I switched my family to Capsule, everything has been done with ease in its entirety! Fast, communicative, friendly, AND I DON’T HAVE TO LEAVE MY HOUSE… how can I possibly as for more… I wouldn’t if I could.. and couldn’t even if I tried! Thank you SOOO very much Capsule for all that you do! 🫶🏽

Absolutely, the best pharmacy service ever! They are quick, kind and very efficient. Truly grateful. They keep you well informed and are very helpful. I love the door service and also if you need to contact them with any updates, they are swift. My family loves Capsule Pharmacy.
