They are always busy and yet still helpful, and respectful. It’s amazing. I always thought of a Pharmacy as a quiet place to work. The staff here never stop working!!!

This pharmacy makes errors. And blames it on the person picking up the medication. I go to pharmacies a lot (usually 1-2x a week) due to my conditions and changing medications. I recently moved to the area and transferred all of my prescriptions from a Publix pharmacy I to this CVS location. That was a mistake. In the 1-2 months that I have used this pharmacy, I have gotten 2 errors in my prescriptions. I was told that I was the one responsible to make sure the prescription was correct, not them... They took liberties in the prescription my doctor sent without notifying me. My doctor sent a prescription for a medication that I need from a specific manufacturer. They ignored the manufacturer request and filled the wrong manufacturer. And I was not notified of this. I had a prescription sent for 2 sizes of luer lock needles and a luer lock syringe. Instead of the above, I was given a bunch of luer lock needles (which were correct)... but I got syringes with permanently attached needles (not swappable). So I couldn't use them for my injections. I understand that medications may be out of stock or unavailable. Well, given the prescription, shouldn't I be asked or notified if they make changes on their end? Rather than me having to check all of my prescriptions? They also don't answer the phone. You have to leave a voicemail and just wait. So, I would just drive there to talk with them. I moved my prescriptions elsewhere and will not return.

I had a really positive last-minute experience here. While the tech did seem understandably exhausted, I truly appreciated her helping me get a prescription filled that the Target CVS failed to accommodate in a timely manner. This was an urgent medication for my breathing, and my doctor had sent it in promptly. For some reason, I constantly run into issues with the Target CVS not filling my prescriptions even when they’re in stock. With high anxiety and difficulty breathing, the tech here immediately got my prescription going and saved me an Urgent Care bill. They had it ready within 30 minutes, late in the evening, when every other CVS in the area was already closed. I’m very grateful for their efforts and for having extended hours. 🙏

Service with the pharmacy techs are very hit or miss. The majority of the time they seem like they don’t want to be there and very unfriendly. The drive-through service line can take anywhere from 5-25 minutes. The pharmacist are nice however it does seem to always be understaffed.

This pharmacy says that it is open until 11pm. Guess what. At 7h30pm I was denied a prescription for a child. This is socialist pharmacy. Might as well be in another country this point. At least we wouldn't even pay for the medicine.
