The in store customer service could use some improvement but they’re only there to provide medication so I won’t rationalize how much of a great place this is. Our delivery driver is has the most amazing spirit and customer service. Never a problem when getting what we need, when we need it.

These are a bunch of liars. They sent my medication to the wrong place and then tell me I must go to the place to find it. I gave them my address to make sure they came to the right place. I would not use them again andi advise other to use a company that value there customers business. They do not deal with integrity...

My name is Joe Bakhtiari owner of the Express Drugs, we tolerated miss Linda Ferguson for over 10 years and during that period we asked her twice to go some where else but she said she doesn't have any place to go and we allowed her to comeback, then because of her behavior we refused to fill her Rx and asked to go some where else. Regarding Mr. Nicholas Spencer, if you fill your prescription at a pharmacy and see blood on the pill Do You Go BACK To That Pharmacy Again i would NOT. He came back twice after his comment and we refused to fill his medications and politely asked to go somewhere else. Regarding G. Lindsey's comment we do NOT have pharmacist by the name john and we do NOT have her in our data base.

Delivery drivers hold your much needed medicine hostage for a day if you miss them when they come to your house. They don’t give you time a frame to expect delivery. Apparently there is only one worker that can deal concerns because the rest just pass the phone off while your talking.
