February 25, 2026 (Wednesday) I apologize for this DELAYED FEEDBACK ABOUT GRADY HOSPITAL PHARMACY. Tears Flowing… Years ago when I could not afford my medicine. GRADY HOSPITAL PHARMACY HAD ME TO COME (DAILY) TO GET MEDS UNTIL I WAS APPROVED FOR A GRADY CARD. I apologize for this DELAYED FEEDBACK. GOD SHOWED ME MUCH MERCY AT GRADY HOSPITAL PHARMACY. Amen

The pharmacy has the elderly standing in a long line. No compassion. Who manages this pharmacy? Good advice is to give out ticket numbers so the elderly can have a seat, the wait for medicine is at least 1 hour.

Normally when I come to pick up my medicine, they are always kind and never give me a problem. But today the nurse/pharmacist was very impersonal. I understand if medicine is on a “schedule” but I have always picked mine up the same way. I don’t have any other transportation other than Marta and I have to base picking it up off of having a very busy work schedule (where I use Marta as well, I don’t drive I only walk). I am picking up medicine for my seizures and also picking up my anti-depressant. I have never had a problem when I order them online and then come a couple days later. It seemed that the pharmacist was laughing at me for needing to pick these up at a certain day because all the other days I am working. I’m sorry if this doesn’t make sense for others who have cars and can drive to the hospital but I can not and only have certain days to pick up medicine very important to me . Please make this easier.

Went down to the pharmacy this morning to pick up my medication after calling it in yesterday. The pharmacy tech advise me I did my refill through central, she advise me she would cancel that refill and push it through at the Grady outpatient pharmacy. I got my prescription within minutes. Keep up the good customer service ladies. You deserve positive feedback because I know with the location at times you don’t get pleasurable patience. Keep being great at what you do. Thank you.
