Very rude. I had a problem where my prescription went from $0 to $11,000 for something that’s not optional. They acted like I was bothering them trying to understand what stopped paying what and led to the increase. It’s like I’m stupid when I don’t have online access to view the information and have to actually get it from the staff. I’m so sorry for bothering you but I’ve got to ask. If you hate your job so much it would be better if you found something else instead of mistreating strangers regarding something as important as medical care.

Will call this my pharmacy for as long as I can! I have jumped around many Publix pharmacies over the past few years with moving, medication shortages, etc, and I am so happy to have this one close to me. They have ALWAYS had my prescription in stock, filled on time, and have done what they can to make sure I have what I need. And the staff is always so polite and friendly, even when they are super busy! Any negative reviews are a reflection of the customer, not this pharmacy.

The technicians who work at the Publix pharmacy are SO rude. Just to look up a prescription for me was a headache and hassle. I’ve never had such poor customer service at a pharmacy. It is really quite a shame.

The worst Publix Pharmacy I've ever been to. The pharmacists are dripping with bad attitudes. No kindness, no eye contact, just rudeness. The assistants are much friendlier.

Tried to call in an RX and the pharmacist was not only not helpful but unfortunately rude. I believe it should be always a collaboration between us but today was not the case.
