I was at the self-checkout when an issue with my card occurred. I was told to go to a cashier, but none were open due to short staffing. After waiting, I was assisted by a cashier, Shirley. When I explained the situation, she frowned; she seems to always have a condescending smirk on her face. Instead of providing the basic communication a cashier normally gives, she just stared at me in silence as if I should have known what to do. This is unacceptable customer service.

Wow!!! always helpful and convenient When was the last time a grocery store or any store made a substitution for a product they were out of instead of just giving you a rain check???? They did that for me also extremely helpful in helping me out I'm disabled and have to walk on crutches and they were so helpful!!! I cannot say enough about how great this Long's is!!!!

Very impolite female that spoke to me on the phone about paying my spouses deductible!!! We received no bill? And she didn’t explain how we need to make this deductible payment?

I usually go to other Longs in Kakaako/Downtown, but happened to be passing this one on my way home. Very rude and unhelpful staff at this location. I'll be avoiding this one in the future.
