This CVS has the worst wait time for picking up your prescriptions!! There is always only 1 or 2 cashiers working and an extremely long time!! They need to hire more workers!! I have provided this feedback over & over, yet nothing has changed!!

Longs is the best "one stop shopping" and offer the best reward program out there. They are conveniently located everywhere you go, they have long hours, great inventory and incredible sales of products I actually need and want. I always come across CECILLE & SANDIE whenever I need assistance. They are both friendly and have so much patience with me. Overall, Longs rewards me with offers every time I shop there on things I already buy so if you are not a member already, join now and enjoy the savings!

First, I love longs-it’s my go to store and is always above average. However, I will not be returning to this store. Everything about it was fine the products the service except for the overwhelming smell that hit you when you walk in the door. I don’t know if it’s because the abundance of homeless people in the area or the store is simply not clean. I ended up going next-door to the Safeway because I couldn’t handle the disgusting smells in the store.

Tell your cashier to stop looking at coins as she's giving change. It's an irritating habit that she looks at coins to see if there are any collectibles while we're waiting to get our change and leave. She's a younger person and I think it's not only rude, but making us wait while she scans over coins backs up the line.

Why does Pali Longs smell like mothballs are blowing through the air-conditioning? The Longs sales team Has ALOHA and I saw a few demonstrations of different employees, tactfully, professionally and patiently handling different types of customers late at night at the 24 hour Chinatown Pali location. Please get rid of this strong mothball smell.
