My experience at the Longs in Ala Moana mall was superb. I went in for some ear drops while ik on my vacation. I stopped by the pharmacy to ask for advice on a solution. Alexa came over from behind the pharmacy counter to the shelves to help me pick out a product. After we were don't I said I was going to the travel section to get some tips also....Alexa came all the way over to show me an additional type of solution she noticed after I left. That was the BEST customer service I can remember at any CVS! Oh, my coupon worked too .what a great place! ( Oh, I'm traveling and I got some macadamia nuts on sale too!)

I arrived shortly before they opened and got in line behind roughly 20 people. The team was well staffed and very quick. I was to the counter in less than 10 minutes. The meds weren't ready but thankfully they are prepackaged quantities. Hr went and grabbed them without making me come back later. Excellent service from the entire team and a very clean store.

My review is for two amazing employees that went above and beyond to help me! My brother had surgery in February. Due to the late hour of being released the pharmacy was already closed to get his prescriptions. Being from the mainland I had no idea where to go next. I can’t express how grateful I was for Tracie & Bryan! They both searched for pharmacies that were open 24 hours. Without their genuine concern and thoughtfulness I would have felt even more hopeless in that situation. Thank you again! You both were lifesavers 💗

I'm usually very satisfied with LONGS and enjoy the perks of the Extra Rewards and Extra Care Plus. One problem I recently experienced was using my Extra Car Plus $10 Bonus to make a purchase, that came to $9.98 so my out of pocket expense was ZERO. That was awesome. However, the purchase was a mistake that I actually did not need, and when I attempted to return the it I was told that since I used the Extra Care Plus $10 Bonus I could not get a refund or a store credit, and I could not exchange it since the receipt showed $0.00. There should be a way to correct this shortcoming. The $10 Bonus is a credit and that one should be return the item and keep the credit for another purchase. After sharing this review I was contacted by someone at Longs/CVS suggesting I contact someone directly ExtraCare team. I did and they told me the store can accept a return and credit the refund amount directly to my ExtraCare account. They suggested I ask for a manager first to ensure it goes smoothly. I returned to the Moi’ili’ili store and one of the managers, Kyle, said anyone can scan the item, scan the receipt, and the refund amount would go directly to my ExtraCare account. He did, and I’m pleased again.

I was impressed with the kindness of a teller. She saw me struggling to open a cap of my med and offered to change it to an "easy open" cap. Sooo sweet! I hope they will give me only easy cap from now on! ( a senior patient)
