The store @ 2470 South King Dtreet in Honolulu is large enough to meet my shopping needs, as well as help me find the products/items I'm looking for. I've shopped v at Long's Drugs in the past and present and I'll continue to shop at this n particular location again in the future. I was able to find everything I needed @ Long's when I shopped there yesterday. Recommended!!!

Came here to purchase a money order from the photo dept register like I always have, and a gentleman who answered after I pressed the button for customer service made me go and stand in the long line of customers. That guy wasn't even busy doing anything else. He was just walking around. I've been here many times to purchase money orders and never has anyone told me to go stand in the regular lines. Also they only take cash for money orders so I brought the exact change. Well unfortunately the price has gone up! It used to be like $1.30 or something like that, now it's $3.95! That's like triple the price. Needless to say, I decided to just go to the post office down the street. It was a dollar and some odd cents cheaper at least. Also I recommend going to Walmart for money orders, it's cheaper there too!

The only complaint that I have is that for some unknown reason they stopped texting me automatically to tell me that they had refilled my Rxs before the Rxs would run out. My phone # and every other form of contact, (my email address) has never changed. Other than that I give service a 90% Satisfaction.

Picked up my prescription from this location. 2 months later I received a CVS bill in the mail for that prescription. I went down there to ask them why? What is the bill for? They said they never seen it before and they don't know what it is. Just to call the number. I said what if it's a scam. They said we can't help you. I told them I bought it and picked it up from your location. Still got the response, "CAAL THE NUMBER". The fact that they cannot track down or help me figure out why I received this bill is crazy. Beware if you use this pharmacy. You might get a bill couple months later. And if you do, they won't help you figure out why you got it. I asked for the supervisor since no one was willing to help me. The supervisor wasn't willing to help me either. She just told the person at the front tell him to call the number. Worst customer service ever!

Located between King Street & Beretania just before University Avenue. Ample parking. Big store space. Bank of Hawaii in store branch located. Pharmacy with Minute Clinic inside and a Drive-By Pharmacy pick up here. Friendly staff, clean, organized with a good amount of inventory available. Great for those attending University of Hawaii. Have a little bit of everything available. Would recommend to shop here.
