No option to speak to someone in pharmacy to schedule tuberculosis test or ask if they even do that. Only let you ‘talk’ to computer to get info on options they provide. So disappointing every other pharmacy has basic human phone contact this is lazy Longs. Not hard

This is conveniently located walking distance to most hotels near Waikkiki beach. I would highly recommend coming here for your shopping of regular consumables as it's more affordable than the ABC stores. Also, I think it's important to note this is actually your regular CVS store. It's very confusing at first because it says Longs Drugs. It takes the CVS app coupons and everything. So make sure to get all your coupons added to your account before you go! The guy that helped us with trying to find the items we needed was also very nice!

Absolutely worst pharmacy. I had an asthma attack yesterday and had my doctor send in a prescription. I went to this pharmacy, and they told me it’d be 3-4 hours. I work in the pharmacy, already that’s ridiculous. I cannot breathe. It should be a priority. If my patient came in saying they couldn’t breathe they would be my first priority. I didn’t hear anything from them, it took 24 HOURS!! Finally I was able to get my inhaler the next day, but the customer service is horrible. Mind you there were two called in, they only did one. This pharmacy is a joke! They don’t care about their patients at all. Worst pharmacy. Do not go here.

Something is wrong with the training of the employees at this CVS location. I’ve used this pharmacy twice, and both times I’ve been met with passive aggressive, unprofessional attitudes. My experience at this location has either created challenges GETTING my prescription due an employee not knowing CVS’s policies, or has just been a downright rude and unpleasant experience. It’s unfortunate given this is the closest pharmacy to me.

I always had a good experience when coming here, which started to become every night towards the end of my stay. Yes, prices are real expensive here, so be careful. I always looked for sale items in the food section.
