This is by far the worst pharmacy experience I’ve ever had. The male employee was extremely rude, unprofessional, and unnecessarily aggressive. I waited an unreasonable amount of time, and when I politely asked how much longer it would take, he responded with attitude and irritation instead of providing a simple answer. Honestly, this isn't just the worst pharmacy I've dealt with—it's one of the worst customer service experiences I've had anywhere. Customers deserve to be treated with basic respect, and unfortunately that was completely lacking here. I will not be returning and would not recommend this place to anyone.

There was a woman named Yang working the pharmacy when I went. Yang was so kind and so pleasant and so caring and so friendly. My doctor prescribed me some prescriptions and some over the counter medications for my eyes. I had a hard time seeing amd reading when I went. Yang helped walk me to the aisles, and helped me select the medications I needed. Thank you so much!!

Worst customer service at pharmacy. Called to ask about status of my prescription and a person Named Gus was very rude and dismissive. Just told me to call back later because he couldn’t open the computer. Called back to report it to the store manager but no answer and was cut off. Training at this place is abhorrent and I would recommend that people go to other pharmacies to fill prescriptions. I am transferring all of mine and won’t be back here again.

I’m grateful for the Walgreens pharmacy on S Beretania. The drive-thru is very convenient and it’s in a great location. The pharmacists are knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. When calling, it’s nice to be able to get through to a pharmacist consistently, unlike other pharmacies.

Matt went above and beyond to assist me with my prescription questions. He called my doctor to verify dosage and confirm how my medication should be administered and followed up with me the following day. I was so impressed and appreciative!
