The pharmacist is incredible keeping me safe with my never ending list of allergies which includes reactions to the inactive ingredients in the medication. The delivery service is the major problem. Since I live in the western suburbs our delivery window has always been one of the last, most likely, the last. When we select the early 12pm - 3pm, my medication is delivered but late. The problem is the 6pm - 9pm where the medication was delivered at 10:20pm and cancelled when its close to 9pm or after. When I complained about the extremely late 10:20, the customer service had never responded. I am extremely upset about the delivery driver cancelling my delivery at 8:43pm when he was 14 minutes away from my house. The Customer Service response will determine if I remain with Capsule or transfer everything to a new pharmacy... UPDATE: The customer service has contacted me this morning to help resolve the situation. I completely understand my delivery order will be cancelled due to inclement weather. The early time period is the best window for the delivery to avoid the late night deliveries and cancellations. When the driver is approaching your home, meet the driver at the door. Do not wait for the doorbell. The driver has a tight delivery window.

Warning: never use this service. I’ve had medications and refills suddenly disappear off my profile. I’ve had drivers who say they attempted to deliver and never did. I’ve had numerous instances of deliveries “unable to be completed” despite it being the start of the delivery window. I’ve had deliveries show up at 11pm despite the window closing at 9 (with no warning it would be late). Save yourself the headache and stick with a real pharmacy.

I don’t know why EVERYONE isn’t switching to Capsule RIGHT NOW! Seriously their customer service is 5 stars! I was in a bind getting an Rx and Pharmacist went above and beyond to help me. Even with a personal phone call. Been with them for 2 years and have ZERO complaints and much love!

Amazing customer service! Not only did they process my medication quickly and efficiently, but they also recommended a coupon that saved me over $100. On top of that, they saved me so much time by eliminating the need to visit the pharmacy and wait in line. Capsule gets it.

I’ve always had a great experience with capsule. They’re quick to respond, always happy to help and even apply goodrx coupons on my behalf!
