It was incredible — Mark solved everything with just one phone call. After searching all over Chicago and even nearby areas for a specific device I urgently needed for pain relief, I kept coming up empty. Official channels were no help either — I was just getting the runaround. Then someone told me to find “the guy at Watertower Place,” which led me to Carnegie Sargent's Pharmacy and Health Center. Mark took the time to really understand my situation and made sure I wasn’t wasting money on something unnecessary. He genuinely cared about helping, not just making a sale. And then — one phone call. That’s all it took. The device I couldn’t find anywhere was suddenly on its way. He didn’t try to profit off me, but he helped me when I needed it most. I truly feel like he saved me. If I could give more than five stars, I would.

I don’t know who is running this place but my one and only phone call with them was wild. I called to ask if they have nebulizer machines available and the guy was immediately annoyed and asked if I had a prescription. I said that I did, and he asked who would be paying for it. I asked for clarification regarding what he meant because I thought they could see if it’s covered, and he got pissed off and told me I had to figure that out myself with my insurance. I explained that usually at like a CVS they just run insurance to see if it’s covered. He told me to call them then and said good luck and hung up. I don’t know in my 30+ years if I’ve ever had such a wildly rude individual answer the phone. Glad I dodged a bullet though.

I stopped by the pharmacy looking for help with a cut hand. Mark went above and beyond, providing direct patient care, helping to stop the bleeding, and providing me with the medical supplies necessary to treat it!

I needed to buy a new raised toilet seat. I first called the store because the bracket on the original seat broke. Mark was extremely helpful on the telephone. I brought the broken seat to the store the next day. Fifteen minutes later I walked out of the store with a new seat that was the same as the original seat at a fair price. The original seat was purchased at the store many years ago. I appreciate the professional and caring way Carnegie Sargent helped me!

We were visiting Chicago & when all the walking had my partners bad knee acting up, we went looking for a knee brace. All the pharmacies closest to us didn't carry what we needed. We found Carnegie Sargent's and they helped us. He gave us a recommendation and walked us through the pros and cons of each brace. He even offered to help fit the brace on my partner! We appreciated the insight and care!
