Terrible customer service at this CVS in Chicago. The staff were rude, dismissive, and seemed annoyed every time I asked for help. In my experience, Chicago is usually very friendly, so this was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.I work in a job where excellent customer service is expected at all times, so I naturally expect the same when I’m the customer. When I asked for help in the aisles, the staff seemed bothered. At one point, I asked for a price because there was no label on the product, and I was told there was a price checker at the entrance of the store. They then turned their back and walked away without even acknowledging that the missing price was their issue.The situation got even worse when I was trying to choose a product that was locked in a display cabinet. I asked one employee for help while he was stocking shelves and singing along to the music playing in the store. He turned around looking almost annoyed and told me I had to press the call button. When the other employee came over, she asked me whether I had pressed it myself, which was obvious because the first employee had already mentioned the issue out loud. Meanwhile, he simply went back to humming and stocking products. I was honestly shocked.That kind of attitude is unacceptable. It was their responsibility, not mine. I will very likely not be going back.

Customer service was absolute trash!! Visiting from out of town and a pharmacy manager at a location in Alabama. This store was SO rude. Front store and pharmacy. Do better. That was not leading with heart.

Very rude staff. Went today for MoneyGram. The old man was rude and rolled his eyes at me when I couldn’t see the MoneyGram machine located in a corner of an area designated for photos. He had an attitude also on the phone when I called a few days prior. The black lady at the register was also rude to me and the customer behind me. Will never go back, horrible service

I have been coming here for years but the attitude of management and workers here has now drove me off. I’ll walk the extra distance to the corner store and pay more. It’s a shame because this is an amazing location and that’s probably the only thing keeping people coming back… at least for now

Went in to buy some souvenirs today and was served by Karen who had this authentic kind, helpful energy. We should all be more like Karen tbh. Definitely needs a raise!
