The main pharmacist (or doctor, not sure) was rude. I asked if my prescription was ready, and he said it would be in one more hour. I came back, and another pharmacist said it would take another 30 minutes. I just don’t have time to come back again and again for a simple prescription. There were at least four people working there come on, guys, please do your job.

Pharmacist in charge Shawn Baniassadi was very rude, unconsidered, unprofessional, completely disconnected of customer service needs. No good for Bussiness CVS, take note of that. I don’t think that is what University of Illinois taught him when he was studying there. Wouldn’t recommend to go to this pharmacy.

Two hours for a simple penicillin prescription to be ready. Went to the counter and asked for it an hr and a half after it was called in and they said 15 minutes. Came back in 20 min and they said they needed another 10min. What is going on here? Also, there is no way to speak to the pharmacy on the phone. You can’t only leave a voicemail.

The passport services are terrible and the 2 ladies that work there on Saturday at noon are horrible. Go to Walgreens- spare yourself the stress

I am relatively new to this pharmacy and store but it is by far the nicest CVS I have ever been to. The staff is extremely help especially Anita who works at the pharmacy. I had a few requests that required a fair amount of effort and follow up and she did it all with a smile and a friendly attitude. Keep up the great work!
