From our very first pharmacy service encounter years ago with Porshay Ingram, my wife and I were impressed with Porshay's friendly enthusiasm that is so rare to find in public service providers. We both just love to see her smiley face on our frequent visits to Walgreens' pharmacy. Porshay is always accommodating and helpful with all our questions and concerns. We have never found anyone nicer. You are lucky to have her in your employ.

I prefer this Walgreens to fill a prescription. The pharmacy here is exceptional . Namely because of this beautiful being , her name is Porschay I think . I do not have insurance and she went above and beyond to show me how to get a significantly lower cost using Good RX. She is very patient, compassionate, high in conscientiousness, she is literally an angel . She is a ray of sunshine. A beacon of hope . She radiates pure joy, love and happiness. I am so grateful for her unwavering support and kindness. She also is highly efficient and fast. When I go there and do not see her I want to leave and sometimes do. Also there is a tall , Indian pharmacist who is very kind as well . I did not know how to articulate what to say to my doctor when I wanted to alter a prescription. The pharmacist hand wrote for me what to say/ ask my Physician to change. I still have his hand written note as I know they are busy . Despite being busy he took the time to help me. That speaks volumes. I do not care for the layout of this Walgreens and otherwise prefer not to shop here. But I do come here specifically for the outstanding service at the pharmacy. Recently they have a new manager here Micheal who has the same enthusiastic, genuine energy He is also exceptional. In turn he has hired competent, staff so the store has improved greatly, as the new employees are vastly different , responsive, more efficient, and RESPECTFUL. It is blatantly obvious that this new employees have been hired based solely on their qualifications and experience. Also , It appears the panhandlers have magically disappeared. A much needed change. So refreshing . I am so grateful. A good manager sets the tone , is the leader ,and the foundation for success. It is exactly the change I only once dreamed of . There is one other walgreens I have had a highly positive experience at as well. It will be nice when the rest of the Walgreens can Follow suit .

Beauticia was such a kind cashier ! She greeted me and my family with a smile and got us checked out in record time! I tried to leave her a review in the survey on my receipt but wasn't able to, so wanted to do it on here!

I had one of the worst customer service experiences with the pharmacist at this location. I spent over an hour on hold trying to reach the pharmacy, only for the staff specifically an employee named Kai to repeatedly pick up the phone and immediately hang up. I know this because I was still calling while I walked into the store, and I witnessed them do it with my own eyes. When I confronted the issue in person, I spoke with a supervisor who only made the situation worse; AJ. Instead of taking me to a private area or even speaking discreetly, she forced me to recite my full personal information name, date of birth, phone number, and medication details out loud at the counter, with other customers around. This was a complete violation of my privacy and incredibly disrespectful. This experience made me feel not only ignored but also completely dehumanized and unprotected in a healthcare setting. For a pharmacy that handles sensitive personal and medical information, this level of disregard for customer care and confidentiality is beyond disappointing. Walgreens needs to seriously evaluate how its staff is trained and how customers are treated, both over the phone and in-store. I will be reconsidering where I get my prescriptions going forward.
