store itself is okay, but its impossible to get in and out quickly. theres no self checkout and a maximum of 2 cashiers no matter how busy it is. stuff is overpriced and a majority of second floor items are locked. only standout is the sushi bar

Stopped by this location to refill medication that I needed while on my travels. The Walgreens pharmacy tech Christopher definitely made a huge positive impression. I was trying to fill a partially refilled medication and he offered options on where I could get the medication filled. He was thoughtful and detail oriented and exuded exceptional customer service. Thankful for his service

Overall good deals knowing it's a downtown location. Staff is very friendly and quick to help. I go here often.

This Walgreens is amazing! I didn’t even know that it has a lot of food and Chicago’s gifts! I bought some gifts for my family, friends and for myself!

I really liked this Walgreens. They have a focus on healthy food and a variety of snacks rather than cleaning supplies, cheap kids toys, and all the other random "stuff" that fill so many other Walgreens. The store itself was clean, bright, and filled with natural light due to the big windows on two sides. It was busy while I was there, with a constant line to the check-outs. However, that line was always moving right along. They were also smart about the registers and lines. Rather than having people waiting in separate lines for each register, they had one line and just called the next person to the next open register. So I only had to wait 2-3 minutes to check out, despite the line being eight or ten deep, and the cashier was extremely friendly and helpful. Best of all, they had my favorite giant malted milk balls! I got the last bag - those things disappear fast!
