This is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. To start, the pharmacist is incredibly rude, both in person and on the phone. On the phone she interrupts constantly, often won’t even allow you to tell her why you’re calling because she is so busy talking over you. And I do understand that she is very busy, but that excuse really doesn’t work with me. I work in healthcare and am just as busy as she is. But I’m still able to be polite with my patients, both in person and on the phone. And yes, I have to do all of my own callbacks and field all calls. It is so hard to get someone to answer the phone. I live very nearby so sometimes I would just walk over instead of staying on hold forever. Multiple times I walked over while remaining on hold for 15+ minutes, only to arrive and see them just chatting instead of answering the phone. They also have frequent inventory issues. Half of the time my medications have to be ordered, and we are talking about pretty basic things. Multiple times they have told me that things would be ready in a few hours, then when I call to check they say they had to order it and it would be a few days. Just don’t come here. They make everything harder than it has to be. Even transferring my meds to a different pharmacy has been a challenge. I finally decided to just transfer my remaining meds to a different Walgreens location so that my new pharmacy could just work with them instead of this one. No surprise it worked out right away.

I came into this pharmacy with a problem with my prescription. Michelle and the rest of the team went above and beyond to help me resolve this issue.

The pharmacy and techs at this location are an absolute joke. Continually out-of-stock on many medications. They do not update customers (or their online Walgreens profiles) when a medication is pending or out-of-stock. I have never experienced anyone behind the counter that cares, in the least, about getting anything right. I’ve had multiple staff just hang up the phone because they didn’t want to look into an issue. I’ve also caught techs lying about the status of the order just to avoid doing work. Pharmacists lying to customers about their medications. Good policy. Avoid this place at all costs.

Don’t shop here or even park here. I was in the store for 10 minutes and walked across the street IMMEDIATELY towed me car and had to Uber 30 minutes to the tow place to pay $240 for my car back. When I asked I got back and asked the security guard he said he didn’t see my car get towed, but he did see ANOTHER car get towed. Would’ve fought it if I had my Walgreens receipt. Manager definitely gets a kick back.

What’s going on with pharmacy hours? Google says open until 8pm but they close at 7pm. Can you fix this? Thanks :)
