October 28, 2025 Between the hours of 9am & 10am ... Good Morning All, I went by Walgreens to pick up grandson Med. I don't know if this pharmacist lady knew me or what. She started off with a straight up attitude. I gave the patient name, she said, its only one prescription showing, I asked, and what was it, she said again, it's only one prescription. I said it should be two, because Walgreen auto is the one that called me two days ago to renew one. I placed an order last night for the other, which they told me that it wouldn't be available until 10am today. So, while dropping off granny gran, I decided to run by there. OK, with her attitude for some reason, she asked me the name of the prescription that I received the auto call on. I told her I couldn't pronounce it, but I was able to spell it, after that she said there is no order under that prescription, I said, auto called me, then she said, sometimes, auto renew will call you to renew with nothing available???? Ok, then she said the prescription I called in will be ready in 10 minutes. I said I will wait, thank you, that lady never made eye contact with me, just attitude. So I conversation with another customer, that saw and heard all, but our conversation was about everyday life. So, finally, the tech called my grandson name, I said, yes, she didn't answer, while I'm getting up, she said, with attitude, I called you, I said, I said yes. That tech threw the prescription to the side and asked another pharmacist to assist me, while walking off. I told the other pharmacist, thank you, I don't know what her problem is, but she gave me attitude right from start. I said she must know me, but I don't know her. Anyway the other tech was very nice and smiled the whole time, I thanked her and told her God Bless You and God Bless the other one as well. I didn't go there with her....I used my Peace be Still, Thank You Jesus🙏🏿💕😁

They didn't have my prescription ready. I was told my doctor have to send it in.Walgreen is bad when it comes to filling prescriptions.

Walgreens is always Walgreens. Certain things I expect in Walgreens: cleanineas, well organized store, very friendly staff. Something's I&I get surprised. I really prefer Walgreens than any other type of store because it is predictable in a great way. Thanks Walgreens for being Walgreens.

Getting a script filled here is pretty challenging. Often, they just don't answer the phone...at all.

If only, there were a way to text clients to inform them of the temporary closure of the pharmacy, to give them the option to cancel or reschedule their appointments, in lieu of having them arrive for a scheduled appointment only to find the pharmacy closed. If only…maybe when Walgreens finally catches up with technology. I wonder what comes first, poor service or rude customers. I doubt customers react adversely to good service!
