By far the worst Walgreens I have ever witnessed. I got the Walgreens text for a refill for both my meds. One was filled then they told me ther other one isn’t ready so I told them it’s okay I had an appointment Anways I told them I’d be back. 2 and half hours later I come back just for them to tell me I need 40min till it’s ready. I explained to her what happened for her to maybe do something about it all she told me was “well that’s unfortunate” what a joke this place is mind you second time I have a problem with them.

I had a smooth experience at Walgreens Pharmacy at Northwestern Memorial Hospital-Galter. The staff were friendly and helped me quickly with my prescription. The pharmacy area was well organized and the wait time wasn’t too long. Overall, it was convenient and easy to pick up what I needed.

By far the worst service of any pharmacy. Unfortunately, because of their location, they really don’t care about being terrible. The front staff are always changing. They are poorly trained. Their main goal is to send you away and will literally say whatever it takes to send you away. You can’t get the same answer from any one of them! Not even when you ask for the pharmacists. But there is so much one can put up with. So following the rest of my family and even though I work at NM, will be not be getting my medications here. It is a total waste of time

Received a text message that my Kidney anti-rejection medication was ready on Friday, February 13 of 2026. Kidney root nephrologist has sent a new prescription on Friday, February 13. Today, Monday, February 16 at 8 AM I come to pick up my medication and they refused to provide it to me. Representative claimed that there is no prescription for the medication. Explain my situation and still Wasn’t heard. I drove a whole entire hour just to go get my Anti-rejection meds. Informed representative I didn’t have anymore. She didn’t care

I had a great experience with Northwestern for years but lately they haven't been answering the phone at all. My medicine is important and need refills but won't answer or respond to messages I have left and went to another pharmacy. I am very disappointed with this Walgreens.
