Very rude. Very poor customer service. Often out of stock of meds. Much confusion and excuses. They often would run the meds through insurance incorrectly generating extra costs so I'd have to explain to them on how to do it correctly and how it's done every time. Then they would get an attitude even though what I told them was correct. Employees very curt and rude to the customer and then they say the customer is rude istead trying to improve. The pharmacist also generates and enables this attitude throughout the pharmacy from management to the staff. Took my scripts to an entirely different company where they are interested in helping and listening to the customer.

Don’t go here if you are in any kind of a hurry. The employees are lazy and could care less. Girl made eye contact with me while I was waiting in line then looked away real fast then ambled around ignoring me then went and waited on the drive through instead. Why not give those jobs to someone that wants to give good service?

My partner was in the drive through dealing with a lost prescription ... when the lady helping her decides to help two other people and THEN gets back to trying to find the prescription that we were told might have accidentally been taken home in a lab coat pocket, as they were unable to find it. At this point we were inside trying to handle it and I had come into the bullring to help because I had dropped off the prescription at like 11:30am. It was almost 9 pm when this is going on. So I was told that they would have to contact the guy that received the prescription. And that he might have left with it by accident because they could not find it anywhere ... smh. The other prescriptions we were there to get were not ready either. I was told at 8:57 that they were closed now and I could wait if I wanted to. I asked about how long would it be and was told he had no idea really because they were an hr ...hr and a half behind and it depended on who stayed. He also pointed out that he was sure the ladies working with him would like to go home because it would be after their shift.... I was more than a little grumpy to say the least.

One of my scripts wasn't covered by my insurance. I pulled it up on Good RX. The price on the app was $8.17. The cashier charged me $10.10. It isn't huge but it should have been the quoted price.

So I went here to fill a painkiller script for a friend with cancer who is currently in immense pain. Their pharmacist refused to fill it because the script had been originally prescribed with another script for antibiotics and they said since we had already filled that script they would not fill this one, they wanted them both filled at the same time. Unfortunately, my friend had not needed the painkillers at the time they were proscribed, so he didnt fill it, opting to wait until they became nessecary. Little did he know that by doing so he would be forced to endure his pain because this place felt like he shouldn't have waited
