I had a prescription called in 13 business days ago. Still haven't received it. I have called in twice and gone in person once. (About every 4 days.) I have no idea what it takes to get them to give me the prescription. I'll call my prescriber tomorrow to have it sent to another pharmacy. Which will mean driving 30 min across town. But at least I will get it then. The one star goes to the super nice guy at the register when I went in in person.

I went and bought nebulizer tubing and ALL 3 SETS HAVE NO TUBE TO RUN THE MEDS THROUGH. I PAID $20 AND HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR THE GAL BEHIND THE THE PHONE TO ANSWER.

I called at 2:05 pm, the phone rang for a long time and then just hung up. Called back and explained that I need home medical equipment and asked if they take our insurance, which they said yes. I drove there and was told they don’t take any insurance for medical equipment.

I absolutely love this pharmacy! They do free delivery for you. Chelsea and Jordan in the pharmacy part of the store are absolutely amazing! They always remember me and what meds I have going on. They're happy to contact my doctor for me as well if needed. I honestly just can't say enough about them. They keep track of my meds sometimes better than I do!

Every employee I have had contact with were the best at anything I needed. Excellent customer service and very friendly.
