Name should be UNPROFESSIONAL PHARMACY. This place is a Joke. We have been here multiple times to pick up the same script. The first time, they lost the script, second time we called ahead and they said they had it. Waited for 30 minutes then were told they had to order it. 3rd time it took them 30 minutes to find it. We had another script filled here, which we obviously shouldn’t have but we believe in second chances. Again they told us the script was ready and now it has been 15 minutes and my wife is texting me about how this place is a mess. They don’t have their crap together. They changed their prices in the middle of it all. We left without it. Complete waste of time. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

I appreciate the amazing pharmacists and staff at Professional Pharmacy. This is a local woman-owned business. Professional Pharmacy recently moved into a spacious new location 401 N. Waco. It is at the northwest corner of Third & Waco. Look for their beautiful new green & white signs. Did you know Professional Pharmacy offers COVID testing & vaccination? They also offer free city-wide delivery. It's so handy when you aren't feeling well or don't drive. I encourage everyone to support locally owned businesses. Owner, Emily Blew and her team are terrific.

They will work to get you the lowest prescription prices whether you have insurance or are cash only. They treat you like you matter and are very friendly.

Was a long term customer at Consumer's Pharmacy, which has now merged with Professional pharmacy. The staff at professional pharmacy do not offer the same level of care and detail as the previous Consumer's staff. They will not be polite, and they will certainly not be competent. After a particular nasty interaction with an employee that seemed intent on taking her day out on my family member, we have completely switched pharmacies, same day. After the merging, I would advise everyone to steer clear of this pharmacy, and go to a different one in town.

I started coming to professional pharmacy after barney's pharmacy shut down due to the owner retiring. A lot of the workers from barney's pharmacy moved over to professional pharmacy, and it is a small, locally owned pharmacy that is amazing.And completely professional as the name says. They are so great with their customers always
