Great store. I would give a suggestion and purchase more carts for the store as there are none to use at this time

Asian pharmacist hung up in my face when I was trying to get my nerve medication filled.. I went the whole weekend without my medication because he had an attitude because I asked him if he knew what my medication did.. hung up in my face when I tried to just get something I needed badly .. horrible horrible way to treat someone who frequents the store and spends thousands with them... Called back tried to get his name and noone would tell me.... He should not be picking up the phone in if he doesn't want to talk and help customers...needed to move my medication to the south Webb pharmacy.. do not go to this Walgreens pharmacy.. they will not and do not help you in anyway.. the only way u can help them if u call is hanging up the phone because they will do it even if your not done speaking with them .. one star .. they don't care if you need medication or you will be in pain .. they do not help .. it's like once I said I'll be in pain if I don't have it he was like .. YES!!! and hung up .. my medication isnt even a narcotic.. my doctor just said they could just send a request and we would have filled it ... Anyways bad person bad service .. beware if you depend on medication and there needs to be someone to look into something small.. he was busy and just wanted me off the phone ... Even now Im waiting for the other store to open so I can get my meds.... Hand is burning and on fire the whole weekend ... I usually don't leave bad reviews but this was not right... So Booooo this man !!! .... Also I am reading all the reviews and it's all negative.. the staff is a 1 star staff . No customer service at all just read the other reviews.. you would think the owner would look and see what the community is saying and make changes .. I should write corporate because they make Walgreens look extremely bad..

Its bad bad when you have to call up and do their job for them and then have them go "Oh, ok so your total is" after they just told you your insurance didnt cover it!🫤🙄

rude employees, waited a long time for someone to come get something off the shelf and no one came- ended up having to take the shelf with me to checkout. Was met with a middle aged black haired woman who felt personally offended by this action that was caused by her & her coworkers lack of ability to do their basic-level retail job. She then decided to cop an attitude w me. Hire better employees.
