I am normally not one to leave reviews, but this locations drive through pharmacy and pharmacy in general is the worst I have ever been to. On average I wait in line 30 minutes to actually speak to a tech to get my prescription. Then the time that refills are done from when my provider calls them in, requires that I go in person to ask that my prescription be filled. I am currently looking to switch pharmacies.

Competent, friendly and helpful service. My first year utilizing Walgreens services. I’m pleased with the knowledge of their pharmacy and store staff.

A big shout out to the front cashier working there at 1p.m. Mon 9.16.24! She was so pleasant & friendly, complimenting me on my nail polish color & purse. She was wearing a Walgreens inclusivity Tshirt. 👍🏼. It's nice to be seen as a senior citizen. Thank you for making my day!

Today I had the most phenomenal experience with an employee in the pharmacy! This rarely happens today in most retail stores, where a person working for a big company, goes the extra mile! Today I begin the third month of a prescription that I have to pay for out-of-pocket! Alex, went the extra mile and looked up a coupon from the pharmacy manufacturing company, that this coupon is allowed to be applied to their prescription. She didn’t need to do that, but she did!! I’m on my third month of this drug, and no one has told me there’s a coupon!!! I’ve been paying full price for two months! Now, instead of emphasizing the lack of effort of others, I want to highlight the effort of this person who went above and beyond to save me 30+ dollars a month, which doesn’t sound like much but when you’re a retired teacher every little penny here and there, does count, and I appreciate that extra effort tremendously!!! PLEASE, please do what you can reward this person!!! She’s doing what you want all employees to do-Treating me like she would want to be treated!
