If I could give a zero I would. Every time I use the automated system to refill s prescription when I get to the pharmacy they say it was never put in the system. Today it said it was ready went to pick it up. They said it wasn't ready and to give them 20 minutes. I went and got gas and food came back and they hadn't even started it.

I just had a baby recently, I was told last night that my prescription would be ready from the pharmacist over the phone (that night). I send my mom at 1:00pm the next day. From the driver through window she is told It’s going be ready 2:30 maybe 3:00? Well; which one is it? She parks and goes in to WAIT for my perception that I was informed it would be ready last night? Not good for business if you ask me!

Actually the most useless pharmacy. They managed to fill every prescription except the one I actually need filled any time that prescription was called in, even if I didn't need that medication refilled. Because this happened for YEARS I have months of extra drugs because they repeatedly filled the wrong ones. I am so thankful to be half way across the country, if for no other reason than to never deal with these people again. Don't bother, even calling ahead to double check just results in being lied to. There is no winning.

Wife having minor surgery that day & doctor called in prescription for meds & we received a call that they were ready even before she went into surgery. Lady at drive up was polite & helpful and didn't take long to get them.

The people who work there are kind and helpful. They seldom have a line to get flu shots.
