I just shake my head. Welcome to the big city, where toiletries are locked up! Here from out of town for training. I only needed lotion. I rang for assistance twice and no help came to unlock the lotion. I finally went to the front of the store to request assistance. The thing is, the clerk had been standing around the entire time! She wasn't working check-out. When you ring for help, an overhead message plays, announcing the aisle where help is needed. She should have come to my aisle instead of standing around talking! The store was dingy. The store is in the Inner Harbor area, so there is convenience. That's about the only pro.

Great pharmacy with respectful and helpful employees. If there were any issues, they are quick to help you get it worked out. 👍🏻👍🏻

The pharmacy is always just so slow and inefficient. Opens at 10 but 10:05 I’m still waiting on them to open up. Get a text yesterday that my prescription is ready but I have to wait nearly 30 mins (first one in line) for them to prepare it because it is in fact, not ready. Meanwhile 5 other people are able to get in and out. Not sure what’s going on here but I never get the easy experience when I’m here. I’m just over it.

My 2 star review is because the pharmacist on staff Thursday evening was so dismissive and because the pharmacy sometimes closes the gate several minutes ahead of the posted 7:00pm store closing time. I needed to ask the pharmacist a question Thursday evening, but the registers were already closing down EARLY so she ignored my question and just walked away. This is very strange behavior from a health care professional and it was very shocking to me and the other pharmacy staff working that night to witness. Perhaps she was having a bad day, but I am very disappointed in the customer service. Ignoring customers is beyond rude.
