If you are sick best not to go to Kaiser. I have been misdiagnosed on many more than 5 occasions. I have had my vital confidential information given to 2 other members. And there has been retalitory actions when I wrote to member services as you are told to do when there are things that happen that are not right. I don't get Medicade but kaiser won't give me the financial aid they say I am eledgable for. That is true harassment and RETALITORY actions made sure by Melvin a pharmacist in the timonium campus. I can tell you stories about the eye department also. If you are healthy it is a 3 of 5 but if sick it is 0 of 5. Notice they couldn't say they were 5 star in Delmarva this year anymore. They are substandard and constantly cover it up. They even changed my insurance plan with out my signature, without my knowledge or most importantly my permission. Is that the insurance company you want? I ask you in all seriousness?

Kaiser has been wonderful to me ..I go to Baltimore Harbor and Lutherville for ALL my health needs . I've had great experiences with both locations..

My doctors are impeccable. I have suffered a number of diseases and complications and always felt like I was in the best of hands. They are regularly on time and prepared when they get into the room or on the call.

Today is August 23 at 9:31 am and I wanna say that the pharmacist at the pratt street location is by far the worse.she had no interest in helping me over the phone figure out how to get my medication that was a week late and was very very rude to me.
