UM Pharmacy at Midtown

I think this pharmacy is really well-run. They’re busy but still efficient. The staff members are always nice and patient.

Until last week I have been very satisfied with the service I have received at Midtown. Is convenient because I also go to the Doctors in the Physicians Building. However I have been visiting my Daughter in Ft Washington. During my last doctors visit I was able to get my prescriptions but one was too early to fill. Which meant I would have to come back and or get someone to pick them up and bring it to me in Ft Washington. While waiting for that too early prescription another physician sent some more prescriptions over so I thought it worked out. I then had my Granddaughter pick the prescriptions up and she brought them to Ft Washington only to find out the too early prescription was not included and one of the four they gave her I had filled and paid for when I was there.(duplicate ) I really needed the too early prescription but the pharmacy was already. closed. I had to then call Weinberg and have them fill the missing rx and then drive the 30 +mile trip to pick it up. Truly a inconvenience but I was satisfied that was able to get it. On today I called the pharmacy to find out why they didn’t give her all of my prescriptions. I spoke to someone named Taylor who talked over me and interrupted me when I was explaining my reason for calling. She seemed like I was bothering her. But I was the one inconvenienced and I wanted to know what happened and bring it to their attention. I wasn’t rude hollering or even mad. But by her attitude I could have been. After finally letting me finish what I was saying and why I said Thank you and was about to say something else she hung up. Anyone in any capacity that deals with customer service especially medical. They should be courteous and listen regardless of the issue. This was something that I needed and was required to allow me some type of relief with all my medical issues. This should be important enough for her to maybe share with her co workers …. check to make sure that the patient is given ALL of their medications that have been prescribed and ready for pick up. It makes no difference where they live or visiting (close or far) . If their Physician prescribed it they should make sure the patient has it. It’s that simple. I don’t know who didn’t give her all of them. However by the attitude of this person it may have been her. It was her attitude that made it imperative to share this experience. It’s not like they left the french fries out of my combo order this was medication. Thank you to the staff at Midtown previously to this incident. and A Big Thank You to the Staff at Weinberg for their efficiency in resolving my issue.

Worst pharmacy ever, the techs are extremely rude and definitely need customer service training.

The staff is always very kind and if they don't have a prescription you need will make a call to another pharmacy so you still can get the prescription needed never wait long always in and out I left Walgreens and will continue to stay with Midtown Pharmacy and medicine way cheaper

i lovee Autmn she always gets me right, and inform me when things can not be completed with in the normal time range.
