Let's start with the positive. The staff is always kind and accommodating. They work hard and do the best they can. I'll aways appreciate them for what they do. However, Walgreens as a company is trash. Always cop cars in the lot, severely understaffed and usually out of the medications that my husband needs. We get notifications that his meds are available to go in and find out that, no, they're not. It's not the employees fault. They really do try. I was finally advised by staff to transfer his meds to anywhere else. An hour later we had everything we needed between Johns Hopkins and Harris Teeter. Don't trust Walgreens with the health of yourself, or someone you love. They will leave you high and dry and possibly in a life or death situation.

My experience was great went in and got everything that I needed to get and the store associates and pharmacist was helpful and friendly

They are right on time informative clear on pick up and very dedicated. I thank the staff ever time I have to utilize their services. Thank you, I love my experiences even got my shots with them.

most of the staff are wonderful but one pharmacist refused to order my prescription because it was expensive and I was paying out of pocket, I had to practically force him to actually order it which is unacceptable

Truly the worst pharmacy in the worst Walgreens ever. I only go here out of absolute necessity because it’s the closest one, but tbh it might be worth driving 30 min to not have to step inside this place again. The pharmacy is 100% literally always under staffed, the drive through is always closed, there is ALWAYS a line of people ten deep. In the time it takes to pick up a prescription I could have already driven to any number of better Walgreens pharmacies.
