Star Market Pharmacy has genuinely fair prices, they beat big chains hands down. The staff goes above and beyond, even helping me navigate insurance headaches. When my son needed antibiotics, they flavored it strawberry while we waited. This pharmacy store knows a true neighborhood care.

While visiting Boston for two weeks it gets old eating out all the time. The places I stay usually have either a full kitchen or a kitchenette. I usually try to find a market to use and how nice was it to find this one! I went to this market at least four times. They had everything I needed from prepped meals to all the groceries needed to prepare something myself. It’s got a very extensive set of sku’s and also a whole area where I could get delicious fried chicken or sushi. The location is right outside the entrance to North Station. It’s downstairs which was a little confusing for this Florida guy, but easy to find. I used the self checkout each time which was simple. They do charge for plastic bags, but only $0.05 each. Great place to get some much needed refreshments when visiting Boston.

This is not a convenient location if you are doing a "big weekly shop". The staff are friendly and helpful but the store does not validate parking in the North Station Garage. There are no signs telling you this as you enter the garage or the store. The garage charges a flat rate of $20.00 on Saturday and Sunday whether you park for 20 minutes or 2 hours. You can park on the street if you find a spot but you have to haul your purchases quite a distance while being harassed by the throngs of homeless in the North Station area.

The Osco pharmacy has the most helpful staff I have ever met! I recently moved out of Boston and haven’t changed pharmacies, and they reached out to me and offered to mail me my prescriptions until I find a pharmacy closer to me. Amazing staff, super friendly and resourceful! I wish I could keep going here.

Just opened up. The downstairs section is enormous. Very convenient for commuters that need to grab something on the way home. Prices aren't worse than the Roche brothers in DTX
