Pharmacy is the best! From people at registers to those answering phones, their service & professionalism is excellent. SO SORRY to hear they're converting this to a business center!!

They are very fast and efficient. I’ve never had any issues here. The complaints about conduct in some of these reviews isn’t indicative of any experience that is outside of typical practice. The pharmacists and staff do their best to fulfill prescriptions and keep us safe. They go to school to protect you not be dispensers. Show respect to people doing what they can. It’s a great location to get meds.

Costco pharmacy on Linwood is THE BEST. I have been an RN for over 30 years and have taken care of multiple family members' prescriptions... the other national pharmacies do not compare. (Walg. and CV$). I transferred 8 complicated scripts from the other guys and gave them 4 business days to sort it out. THEY ONLY NEEDED ONE DAY! Unbelievable. When I went to pick up I was the 3rd in line and they opened another register! If you have ever been to the other places you KNOW the wait is long. Can't say enough - plus ALWAYS cheaper. Trust me. SWITCH!

I find the Costco pharmacy better than, say, Walgreens because they actually answer the phone and they seem to have fewer problems with the availability of medications. But the opening hours are less convenient than in round-the-clock pharmacies.

The lady at the register didn't know how needles work and couldn't answer questions about the prescription. We were being nice, but she was very annoyed with the interaction and tried to make us feel stupid or something. Very poor experience. 😓
