I came here to pick up a prescription and the service was great at the pharmacy. However, I went to check out some other items at the main checkout, and I saw that they had one pack of Pokémon cards. I asked to purchase it and she told me it has no price so I can’t buy it. I find it hard to believe that the store would be stocked with one single pack of Pokémon cards and they’re not in the system.

Whenever I try to get past the automated voice for pharmacy I am immediately hung up on. I was told my prescription would be ordered by the pharmacy last week (told them I need it Monday) and it was never ordered. Went back in yesterday and they said they would order it, now it's saying it was cancelled and to call the pharmacy. Unfortunately I can't call the pharmacy! Wakina is great though and deserves nothing but the best. Edit: Pharmacy helped me and was kind throughout the process, my experience was probably a one off and I think the pharmacists did what they could to help. The pharmacy phone line needs some work though

Incredibly inconvenient pharmacy hours and minimal staff on site. Store is never stocked. I switched to the CVS in Northtown and it is a huge improvement - I DO see they have reopened the pharmacy on the weekends, which is an improvement. Would not recommend using this for prescriptions.. or to grab items on a whim. Also, a pain to park.

My CVS at 921 Main St has been my go to store for over 25 years. Candy in the Pharmacy is the best, most caring person to help me with our meds. Core up front has been my go to person for help in the store for many years. Thank you!

Not good. Went there for a scheduled flu shot, the lady in front of me was having trouble getting her prescription, then the pharmacist tells me that my insurance doesn't cover it and I need to go somewhere else. Wouldn't ever get a prescription from here or any type of medical care this pharmacy is the worst in Kansas City.
