The pharmacy techs are struggling and in need of career/life evaluations. 3 hours to fill a prescription (after an automobile accident) is insane. Being from out of town we were accustomed to much more responsive service from our local CVS. They appear to be more interested in filling flu/Covid vaccines than a 4 pill prescription. Unfortunate because they seem to laugh often and appear to like what they do, except providing exceptional customer service. The excuse "there are only 2 of us" was a common theme. I do feel sad for them and shame on CVS. Given the massive profits the corp is reporting, they can and should do better. Next.

Always had great service here. But the RX tech this morning is definitely not in the right role or she is not a morning person. They shouldn't let her interact with customers

Very friendly and prompt service. My prescription have always been ready after I receive text to pick up. Always check with me to make sure I'm not having problems with my medication.

The pharmacy tech lady was awesome, however the girl working the front sweeping dirt onto the customers and being too busy with that to help at checkout was also very rude when I asked her for help. The manager working the front wasn't any better. Great pharmacy the store however well I won't deal with them again.

The hours for the pharmacy are inconsistent. It will say open online and then you get there and they are closed. The pharmacy manager Candi was rude and unhelpful when I told them I needed my script. I won’t be returning here.
