I got a tetanus shot from Jennifer, and I barely felt a thing! She’s magical and so sweet and fast. Highly recommend going here if you need a shot of any kind!

You all really need to work on your customer service at this location. Your reps at the drive thru are some of the rudest people ever. Just had one who could barely be bothered to speak. Wait times are sometimes pretty long but you can excuse that and assume it’s also very busy inside. Today there was nobody in front of me. Rep just clearly dislikes his job and doesn’t want to be there but it doesn’t kill you to be reasonably polite or even just somewhat friendly. Especially when that is literally your job. When you call this pharmacy it’s the same type of attitude every time. It’s like having to wait on someone is the biggest inconvenience of their day. This is my primary pharmacy but seriously thinking of switching to somewhere less convenient just to avoid the rudeness here.

Hire and train staff that know how to treat a customer with respect and with courtesy; and, that want to be there. In the past 8+ years, I've only had a good experience with a couple of employees, that smile, are attentive and treat you nicely..... UPDATE: I gave them the benefit of the doubt and hung in there because the location is convenient to my home; however, after one year I no longer had the patience or desire to continue giving them my business! I transferred my prescriptions elsewhere — I am so glad I did!

nothing but negative experiences at this pharmacy every time but was stuck here because i lived close. will never be back. don’t come here if you have meds that are non-negotiable to miss. ❤️

The customer service at the pharmacy check out is horrendous. On at least three occasions I have never felt more disrespected or received more direct hostility as by the people at this location. Shame on me for going back for the same poor treatment. Well no more. This location needs an overhaul on its attitude.
