Their very professional and really take time to listen and make sure you're nerds are taken care of, they remind you of appt.and get you in as soon as possible.Vety nice place to get the Care you need

I have been going here for the last four years and the quality across the pharmacy and the clinic, The clinic constantly cancels appointments and they don't tell you until you get there. My doctor quit working there and now they won't refill my meds that I have to take to stay alive and they call at the end of the day after two days of waiting to hear from them. They said that I have to see a new doctor to get new prescriptions, but if I need to I can go to another pharmacy to use my current prescriptions. These people are awful. I will be finding somewhere else to go. Don't waste your time on this place.

KC Care pharmacy gets all 5 stars from me! The people are very polite and do their best every time. One problem occured and was taken care of immediately, I have only positive things to say about the staff. The location is convenient for me, it's updated, and always clean. Very pleased.

I've been a patience at KC Care for years. They're doing great work and their staff (when available) friendly. However, the pharmacy has been a consistent headache to work with. They do not answer the phones, on multiple occasions I've had to go without my meds for days. It's completely unacceptable. I hate to post a 1 star review but at this point I don't know how else to get the message across. Peoples meds are not something to be taken lightly.

I've been utilizing KC Care's services for a number of years now. I'm certainly an advocate for community clinics especially KC Care because of what they offer to those in need. However, lack of staff is a problem. It seems that more front line staff is needed badly. The poor communication is unprofessional and unacceptable within a medical clinic. Most likely I will seek out another healthcare provider in the coming year. Do better, please.
