I live 6+ hrs from KC. This is the pharmacy that has filled my medication since my transplant 10+ years ago. Every 3-4 months they fail to call and see if I need refills shipped to me. And every time they say oh we will make sure this doesn't happen again. Then 3-4 montys later it happens again. This time they send me to ANOTHER person who says they will get this taken care of. Except this time the person I'm sent to knows EVERYTHING, worked in patient coordination, pharmacy tech, patient advocacy, and she tells me what I was told is wrong and that this is all my fault. Oh did I mention that I've spent two days sitting on hold long enough for the automated system to hang up, multiple times a day. DO NOT trust this pharmacy with medication that is necessary to help you live, they DO NOT care! If you can get them filled ANYWHERE else, I suggest doing that. Note: if they send you to someone claiming to be TRACY, HANG UP and try again. She is rude, condescending, doesn't have a clue what she's talking about, and should be FIRED!

We needed a pharmacy to be open today (Labor Day) and we were able to take our prescription here and they had it filled within 15 minutes. Even though they were very busy. The gentleman that helped us was so nice! I've only used this pharmacy a couple times before, but that's when I've been discharged from the hospital. This was an outside prescription and they still took the time to fill it!

Pharmacy tech could not have cared less that I was completely out of my medicaction, that you are not supposed to stop without titrating. I had to wait for the health resource center to call me back from leaving them a voicemail because i could only get through to the pharmacy VM, she sent me through to the pharmacy VM. Took another day for them to call me back and then all the advice he could give me was to call me Dr if it was an emergency. No partial fills to keep me on the medication that causes blinding headache when you stop suddenly. Been off my meds for 3 days and ive been miserable the whole time. THE SCRIPT WAS REFILLED ON THE 1ST DAY I WAS OUT OF MEDS AND I HAD TO CALL TO ASK FOR A PARTIAL FILL BECAUSE IM DOUNG SO POORLY AND TELL ME THAT THEY JUST HAD IT REVIEWED BY THE PHARMACIST TODAY AND THEY HAD CALLED ME TO UPDATE MY INSURANCE INFO, I HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANY CALLS AND BEFORE I CALLED MYCHART SHOWED MY SCRIPT AS STILL WAITING ON MY DR. THANKS FOR THE UNNECESSARY SUFFERING KU.

Just a money hungry business. They charge you for parking to go to the doctor. That's insane. Then when you go to the doctor they run all kinds of tests on you charge you for all kinds of visits. Make sure that you come back to another visit but do absolutely nothing for you. Put you on medicine that makes you sicker. The whole place is a scam.

They always have the prescription I need. They're always friendly quick and I never have any problems with them. I definitely recommend this pharmacy and to take advantage of their shipping so you don't even have to come in. You can sit at home and have it show up right to your door.
