This needs to be a 24 hr pharmacy with the high volume that they have. My wife came in at 12:30 from the hospital with her script to be filled they told her they were to busy for her to wait. There was only one person in store when this happened. If people who come in can't be expedited then your hours need to be changed. My wife was told 2hr and 5hr later her script was still not filled and when she called about it was talked down to. I had to go in to ask for a retraction and all of the sudden they were able to fill her script. This is unacceptable. If your volume is that high that you can't take care of your customers then you need to have a different hours. P.S. heard an employee tell a customer that they couldn't put in for a script unless they wanted to wait for 2 days since they were behind. CHANGE YOUR HOURS OR DROP PATIENTS.

I came and picked up my prescription today and with instructions to take 1-2 pill by mouth 3 time daily. I got home and realized that they did not give me enough pills to follow the directions on the script. Important to note I’ve been on this same medication for months and this is the first time the medication quantity has not matched the directions. I called them to try and figure out what happened assuming there was a miscommunication somewhere. Mari told me that the prescription was for 10 days only. I thought that was weird because it was supposed to be a month script. I told her that I think there was a miscommunication between my doctor and the pharmacy. She said that they did their part so it’s not their problem. She then switched to saying it was for a month. I then again explained to her that there was not enough medication to take the script like it tells me to for the whole month. She then said if I take one pill once a day I technically have two months supply. Which frankly is irrelevant since I am ordered by my doctor to take 1-2 pills, 3 times a day. I then could feel myself getting frustrated and didn’t want to be mean so I asked if I could please talk to someone else and she said sure, then hung up. So instead of taking my medication and being in bed trying to minimize the excruciating pain I am in, I had to drive to the pharmacy for a second time today and talk to someone to figure this out. The woman I talked to was incredibly understanding and explained what happened in my script. If my review was regarding my interaction with her I would rate it 5 stars. However this is about how unprofessional and incredibly rude Mari was. I believe thats her name. If not the woman I talked to today knows exactly who I am talking about. Also I am sorry for showing up frustrated and calling Mira a bad word. I’m just in excruciating pain and she was incredibly rude and was not making sense. When I tried to be polite and asked to talk to someone else, I was hung up on. Either way that was out of line for me to do. 2.5 out of 5 stars for my reaction.

Again, they are not my pharmacy. Again they filled a prescription here. Again they called and awakened me to let me know that the prescription was ready for pickup. Again, now I can't get the prescription at a pharmacy that is not an hour away because it has been filled here. This has been going on for 3 years. I've spoken to staff at this location many many that keep on saying that it will never happen again, but it does.

We were told a pain subscription would be ready in 45 min. Then went and had teeth pulled. We came back after 2 1/2 hours at the dentist. The pharmacist said it was going to be over 2 hours before the script was ready. This would be 4 1/2 -5 hours, not even close to the 45 min. we were told. Complete BS! No remorse, no solution, no service! Never going to Walgreens Pharmacy again. We only went there because we were 100+ miles from home and they were close to the dentist office. Never again!

This Walgreens keeps their drive thru completely closed! You have to go inside to get any prescriptions. Been standing INSIDE 25 minutes and there are still this many people in front of me. Transferring my scripts
