This pharmacy is consistently horrific. Hold times on the phone are 30 min + before I hang up. When there’s an issue with a script they do nothing on their end to try to resolve it or aid in communication so that the patient could try and do it on their own. Another pharmacy I tried to have my scripts transferred to even complained about the hold time. Ended up having to get full new prescriptions. I will drive 39 min out of the way to be serviced elsewhere if I had to. Horrible horrible horrible.

Very friendly lady in pharmacy even tho line was very long she was still friendly Great job!!!

If you’d like to be laughed at, interrupted, dismissed and discarded then feel free to visit this pharmacy. If you’re looking for empathy or professionalism, look elsewhere.

I have always had a good experience at 75th and Wornall. There was a time when they were short staffed but their job is extremely difficult. Been going there since before covid. During covid they were amazing. We have to have patience because it's a big deal making sure narcotics and different prescriptions are put together correctly. They have to take the time to answer the questions of us because we have all of our anxieties. Thank you Walgreens on 75th Wornall. The Waldo neighborhood is full of a bunch of characters and that's why we love it. Thanks again 💜🕊️🪽🤙

I want to compliment the Walgreens Pharmacy dept at 7500 Wornall in KCMO, especially the pharmacist Philonna (not spelled correctly, sorry). On 8/16/24 I had a complicated question about the manufacturer of a medication. When the assistant couldn't answer my question and execute the request I had, Philonna stepped in and not only took care of my request, but pleasantly instructed the assistant on how to take care of things in the future. Everybody was busy, but they took time for my request and a little mentoring. I will continue to use the 7500 Wornall Walgreens pharmacy because of Philonna and her staff. Thanks!
